You know I was having a pretty crappy day until I read the last few posts in this thread.
A big thanks to David for putting together a beautiful melody and music with my lyrics. It was a wonderful surprise to hear it recorded and sent to me one morning. Even more thanks for encouraging me perform it and for covering the vocals when I choke up and can't sing it anymore. It never would have been played without David's help and support.

Thats a really cool song! I have loved this song since the collaboration a few years ago that was posted with Greg playing electric guitar. I was really blown away by the songwriters night version after hearing Nick's intro to the song. There have been some excellent songs submitted by folks over the last four years I have been with GN, but this is among the best :D
