Hi'a, back in the world of the civilized !!!!!

I chose

1. Drag strip diva
2. Drop the G string baby (no need to fret tonight )

ok here is the first chorus:

He's a drag strip diva without a care
and woo's the crowd with a flick of the hair
running soft hands over lucious curves
of stuck on bosoms in tight evening wear

and the second

Drop the G string baby
you're wound up much to tight
Let me help you get in tune
No need to fret tonight

Go well , and thanks to who ever for the great titles !!

Jamir ;)

Like what you did with the G-string!
It was already a great line, but you're lines are not bad either, they almost have a natural rhythm. I'd suggest acoustic blues to go with it.

The drag strip diva might be more difficult to sing. "a flick of the hair" might fit better if you'd change it to "flicking hair". Only a suggestion.

The "He" surprised in the diva number.

Both of these are very good, and I like them as is.

Hi,

I think the G-string chorus has great potential, great job!

Tell me if you come up with verses :)

Drag Strip Diva - excellent, so different from my more obvious route.

Drop the G String Baby - again this is really well done.  I'd considered this one but ran from its difficulty. I think it's the pick of the two definitely.

Good Stuff

Thanks for the comments.....
suprised at the "He" for the drag strip diva got me laughing here
One of my best friends is gay and loves drag, and I love to help him strut his stuff, so he came to mind immediately

The Great titles should take some credit though Thanks to Porr and Twicasbad you get AT LEAST HALF THE CREDIT.
Go well

Drag Strip Diva brings to mind the line from my No Last Call On Bourbon Street: Many ladies, but are you sure? Sounds like your friend would fit right in, where "Nothings like it seems in New Orleans".

G string is great.  If next week's assignment is to write a song using another's chorus, I just might tackle that one.  Wait, maybe thats not the best choice of wording here.  I'll see what I can pull off, um, maybe pull a few strings.  Aw heck, I guess I had just better shut up now.
